CROCHET CIRCLE

The next gathering of the Crochet Circle is Tuesday,

January 13th 2026 1-3PM.

  • Bears for Operation Christmas Child Boxes
  • Angel Tree for Warrior Run Christmas Friends
  • Sunshine boxes, crochet items for those in need.
  • WHBC Crochet Circle – shawls, afghans, walker “pockets” and baby hats.
  • Crochet Circle members display crochet afghans for nursing homes.
  • Plastic-yarn (plarn) is used to crochet sleeping mats for those in need.

The Crochet Circle is a group of women gathered around the skills of crocheting, and other handcrafted textile work. This activity grew out of a common interest and has become a ministry in its own right. The Crochet Circle members produce afghans, blankets, and etc. and gives them away to home-bound folks. They have also partnered with other local Christian churches to provide sleeping mats made from plastic grocery bags for those experiencing homelessness. Below are just some of the things the ladies have made.

Crochet Circle’s schedule has changed to the 2nd and 4th TUESDAY of the month, unless otherwise announced.
